Ingredients

For the Stir Fry:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into thin strips)
  • 3 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 medium carrot (julienned)
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced thinly)
  • 3 green onions (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1-inch piece ginger (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

For the Sauce:

  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or brown sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. Slice the chicken into thin strips for even cooking.
  2. Shred the cabbage, julienne the carrot, and slice the bell pepper.
  3. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger for maximum flavor infusion.

Step 2: Make the Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and cornstarch mixture.
