Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips (optional)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (only if mixture is too dry)

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Base

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.

Step 2: Add the Wet Ingredients

  • Stir in nut butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix well until everything comes together. If needed, add milk one tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.
