Ingredients
For the Filling:
- ½ lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
For the Dough:
- 1 (16 oz) tube refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

- Ranch dressing

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Beef Filling
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Prepare the Garlic-Parmesan Butter
- Melt butter in a small bowl.
- Stir in minced garlic, parmesan, and parsley. Set aside.
Step 3: Assemble the Bombs
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.
- Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a cheese cube in the center.
- Pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.
Step 4: Bake to Golden Perfection
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet, brush with garlic-parmesan butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush again with remaining butter for extra flavor.
