Ingredients

For the Filling:

    • ½ lb ground beef (80/20 for best flavor)

    • ½ tsp salt

    • ½ tsp black pepper

    • 1 tsp garlic powder

    • 1 tsp onion powder

    • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

    • 4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes

For the Dough:

    • 1 (16 oz) tube refrigerated biscuit dough (or homemade dough)

    • ¼ cup melted butter

    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese

    • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Optional Dipping Sauces:

    • Ranch dressing

    • Marinara sauce

    • Spicy mayo

Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Beef Filling

    1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles.

    1. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

    1. Drain excess fat and let cool slightly.

Step 2: Prepare the Garlic-Parmesan Butter

    1. Melt butter in a small bowl.

    1. Stir in minced garlic, parmesan, and parsley. Set aside.

Step 3: Assemble the Bombs

    1. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a 4-inch circle.

    1. Place a spoonful of cooked beef and a cheese cube in the center.

    1. Pinch the edges to seal, forming a ball.

Step 4: Bake to Golden Perfection

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    1. Arrange the bombs on a baking sheet, brush with garlic-parmesan butter.

    1. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

    1. Brush again with remaining butter for extra flavor.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

    • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

    • Garnish with extra parmesan and parsley if desired.

Notes

  • 🔹 Use cold dough – It’s easier to handle and seals better.
  • 🔹 Don’t overstuff – Too much filling can cause leaks.
  • 🔹 Add bacon – For extra smokiness, mix in cooked bacon bits.
  • 🔹 Air fryer option – Cook at 375°F for 8-10 minutes for a crispier texture.
