Ingredients
Base Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 14 sheets)
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup melted butter (or coconut oil for vegan option)
- 2 tbsp milk (or almond milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Coating Options:
- Extra shredded coconut
- Crushed graham crackers
- Melted chocolate drizzle
- Sprinkles (for a festive touch!)
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Whisk until evenly blended—no clumps!
Step 2: Bind with Wet Ingredients
- Pour in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand and holds together when pressed.
Step 3: Roll, Coat & Chill!
- Scoop 1-tbsp portions and roll into balls.
- Roll in shredded coconut, crushed grahams, or sprinkles for extra texture.
- Chill for 30 minutes (or freeze for 10 mins if impatient!).
Notes
- 🔹 Too crumbly? Add 1 tsp more milk.
- 🔹 Too sticky? Refrigerate the mix for 10 mins before rolling.
- 🔹 Make ahead: Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for 2 months!
