Ingredients

Base Ingredients:

    • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 14 sheets)

    • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut

    • ½ cup powdered sugar

    • ¼ cup cocoa powder

    • ½ cup melted butter (or coconut oil for vegan option)

    • 2 tbsp milk (or almond milk)

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Coating Options:

    • Extra shredded coconut

    • Crushed graham crackers

    • Melted chocolate drizzle

    • Sprinkles (for a festive touch!)


Instructions

Step 1: Mix the Dry Ingredients

    1. In a large bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.

    1. Whisk until evenly blended—no clumps!

Step 2: Bind with Wet Ingredients

    1. Pour in melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract.

    1. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand and holds together when pressed.

Step 3: Roll, Coat & Chill!

    1. Scoop 1-tbsp portions and roll into balls.

    1. Roll in shredded coconut, crushed grahams, or sprinkles for extra texture.

    1. Chill for 30 minutes (or freeze for 10 mins if impatient!).


Notes
